We have selected only the best fruit-processing technology from around the world and put it into our Central Otago cherry packing house. This ensures that our fruit reaches you in the same pristine condition as it leaves our orchards.

Our harvesting and packing process has been meticulously designed from tree to carton, to minimise handling of fruit and to transfer it as quickly as possible into our coolers to provide maximum shelf life.

Our whole operation from planting to selling is Global GAP and GRASP approved! This means we meet and often exceed global standards for treatment of our land and employees.

To deliver the goods the way nature intended, our cherries are picked today, packed tomorrow and chilled overnight before they head to Christchurch and Auckland in a refrigerated truck. As we have our own export licences, this process provides customers all around the world with the freshest eating experience possible.
